I am here to guide you with a system of breathing techniques that will affect your sense of clarity, connection, and peace. By working with me, you’ll discover a natural remedy for stress and anxiety, along with greater self-awareness, love, and compassion. The practices taught by King of Wands were developed by amalgamating the most effective breathwork patterns from different styles around the world. They can be incorporated into your daily life, improving relationships, generating greater mental clarity, purpose, and direction in life.
What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a way to heal, release, and transform by using continual, focused and intentional breath patterns with guided support.
It heals the nervous system by taking us out of fight, flight, freeze response and into rest and digest (from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic nervous system).
It can heal and repair the nervous system on a cellular level.
Breathwork is an incredible tool for moving unresolved trauma because it helps us to feel safe in our bodies. It allows us to listen to our bodies to process and to let go of that trauma.

why breathwork?
Studies have shown breathwork can help reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, depression insomnia, PTSD, and ADD.
But it’s not just the biological impact that’s powerful, breathwork is also the quickest way to change our state of being and point of view at any moment.
Adopting the practice connects us with our innate wisdom and brings greater awareness to our self, our life and the decisions we make which leads to overall well-being and happiness.
The breath is free and available to us whenever we need to create harmony and peace in our life.

Understanding Breathwork
Our brain uses 20-25% of our oxygen supply as nourishment. But in today’s world with pollution, air-conditioned environments, and less exercise, we are not getting what we need.The result is dimmed mindful awareness, but we have gotten so used to it that we think of it as normal. We accept diminished vitality as our baseline, and our brain learns to live with less.
So what could happen if we increased the dosage?
Learning to harness the power of breath, we can increase the supply of oxygen to the brain. We awaken the system again, and through our connected breath pattern, we not only restore our brain with what it craves, but much more, too.
For those that have meditated before, you will find the experience a powerful way to support your practice. For those who know they should meditate, but don’t, King of Wands will provide you with an instant opportunity to connect to the benefits of deep meditation.
The body is an archive of everything we are born with, as well as all the trauma we may have faced. Learning to live with and cope with unresolved traumas is possible, but limits us.
