The Nourished Woman

True well-being often begins with nourishing ourselves. This retreat is centered around the idea that when a woman is empowered to nourish herself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, she unlocks her fullest potential and awakens... remembers...her truest self. This retreat invites women to step away from their day to day, to seek the light after a long winter, and immerse themselves in a nurturing environment that encourages them to embrace the wisdom, strength, and authenticity within.

This an invitation to gather in circle and share beautiful offerings, meaningful connections, and immersive experiences. Our intention is for our newly formed community to leave the retreat feeling well rested, with a renewed sense of purpose, a deeper connection to their inner selves, and a toolkit for nurturing themselves. 

What to expect? 

Chantelle at King of Wands Wellness is expanding her light worker and healing community of facilitators for this event and will be taking applications for any wonderful souls wanting to be apart of the day. She will announce all of these wonderful beings with more details closer to the date of the event. We understand that you might be curious about the specifics, and we assure you, every element will thoughtfully curated to create a King of Wands Wellness experience. 

There will be:

+ breathwork

+ guided journalling

Who is this for?

All sessions will be mindfully guided for participants at any stage in their self discovery and healing path. This is a safe, inclusive event. While it is being presented as a women's offering - any human identifying as so or feels called to participate is welcome. 

What to bring?

Water

Yoga Mat

Blanket or Throw 

1-2 pillows or bolsters depending on the level of support you will require to be on the floor in our sessions 

Writing tool and journal 

There will be a lunch break between the morning activities outside and coming to CASA. You are required to make your own lunch plans. You are welcome to bring a lunch to CASA and enjoy there before our afternoon sessions commence. 

It is recommended to eat a meal that will avoid leaving you feel uncomfortable during the remainder of the day.

There will be late afternoon nourishment and tea provided. If you feel the need to bring more food, you are welcome to do so.
