What to expect:

Join us Monday evenings at 7:30pm for an hour of a harmonious blend of vitality and tranquility in your yoga. This class will start with a more active and dynamic Yang practice to energize and strengthen the body. The Yin style of long-held passive poses will open the body to more flexibility and quiet the mind to close your practice. You are welcome to register for $15.00 per session or save $50.00 by investing in the Yoga Self Care Bundle. This will include 10 sessions to book at your convenience.
